Make sure someone is at your ship to address when delivery is made. You will
receive a tracking number before this order is being delivered. Favors and
Flowers will not be responsible for melted merchandise unless an upgrade
on shipment was made.

Since shipments are held in
shipping depots over the weekend, chocolates can melt, chocolate orders will only
ship Monday through Wednesday from May - October. During these months, we
suggest delivery be made to a business address where UPS deliveries occur
early in the day. If delivery must be made to a home address, it is best
someone is home to receive the package and move it out of the direct
sunlight.
